PORTAL AXLE DESIGN

The portal axle design provides higher ground clearance. This portal axle design reduces the gear ratio of the wheels, almost eliminating the direct torque force brought from the chassis.

FORWARD LOCATED GEARBOX

Central gearbox design and location reduces the vehicle's center of gravity whilst improving climbing performance and stability by being located more towards the front. Reverse rotation design will help eliminate torque twist.

3 Link Panhard Steering Link System

Drive train design reduces the lateral swing between the chassis plates (body) and the rear axle, making the car more stable on bumpy roads and more stable when driving straight.

Aluminum Scale Shocks

Extra-long 120mm all-metal hydraulic shock absorbers, with a maximum shock absorption stroke of 37mm provide smooth dampening of the vehicle even on rougher surfaces.

Molded Inner Fenders

High-strength integrated nylon mudguard and inner fenders include locations to install rock lights by the user easily.

Battery Tray

MK-07's main battery tray holds a full-length 5000mAh 3-cell LiPo for extended runtime. Bundled battery straps to accommodate batteries of different heights.

High Steering and Drag Links

The steering linkage and traction linkage are mounted high on the door axle, elevating them to prevent possible damage. This allows the MK-07 to attack obstacles head-on, thus reducing the risk of the steering linkage hitting rocks.

8MM Stainless Steel Suspension Rods

The entire vehicle suspension link rods uses thickened 8mm stainless steel to make the chassis more robust.

Twin Friction Plate Slipper Clutch

A slipper clutch design provides additional protection for the crawler under extreme conditions. This helps prevent any possible damage to the gears and the motor.

Sealed Ball Bearings

The whole vehicle uses rubber-sealed dustproof high-speed bearings which reduce penetration from mud and sand and allow for a more fluid operation.
